We are pleased to announce that the ZeroPollution4Water (ZP4W) Cluster report on the inventory of 32 case studies in drinking and groundwater has now been officially published on the Europe website. This significant achievement marks a crucial step in supporting the EU Water Resilience Strategy and aligns with the upcoming World Water Day on 22 March 2025.
A Major Milestone for the ZP4W Cluster
This report provides a comprehensive overview of 32 case studies conducted across seven ZeroPollution4Water Cluster projects, all funded under the Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Programme (2022). These projects are dedicated to preventing groundwater pollution and securing drinking water quality while supporting the zero-pollution ambition of the European Green Deal. The findings from these case studies will enhance the EU water sector’s preparedness against climate change-related challenges and strengthen EU environmental policies and legislation.
