As climate change impacts increase, and populations grow, there is an urgent need, within and between countries, to unite around protecting and conserving our most precious resource.
In our SafeCREW project we aim to contribute to the protection of our drinking water by developing tools and guidelines so that disinfected as well as non-disinfected drinking water supply systems will provide safe and secure drinking water even under climate change conditions.
We hope that our solutions will contribute to this year’s focus of the World Water day.
Let’s join forces and foster harmony between communities and countries by uniting around the fair and sustainable use of water – from United Nations conventions at the international level, to actions at the local level.
